Pump shed key location is specified in the local instructions file.
- Ensure the pump diesel fuel tank is full on departure
- Check the pump oil level with the dipstick. Top up with 15-W40 engine oil.
- Oil to be changed after the first 20 hours of operation. Engine uses approximately 2 L of fuel per hour, and has a 13.5 L tank. So one tank of fuel runs for 6.5 hrs, and oil change after 3 tanks of fuel used.
- Oil change every 100 hours (15 tanks of fuel) or 3 months thereafter.
Pump fuel cock in ON Position
In on position fuel cock lever is vertical down (labelled “O”). To stop move to horizontal position.
